CPF Custom Concrete and Masonry is a family owned and operated concrete and masonry contractor, providing superior services in Ventura County and the surrounding areas. We specialize in foundations, stamped concrete, natural stone, block walls and brick products. CPF has been building here for 35 years. That covers several housing booms, a couple of recessions, and a great many contractors who came and went in between — which is most of what a homeowner is really asking when they ask how long you have been doing this.
It also means the work is checkable. The retaining walls in Dos Vientos, the ballfields at Triunfo YMCA and Viewpoint School, the driveways and outdoor kitchens across Newbury Park and Thousand Oaks — they are all still standing, and most of them are a short drive away.

What we actually do
Most of the work is residential hardscape across Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Calabasas and Camarillo — driveways, patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens and fireplaces. Alongside that, CPF has delivered two community and institutional ballfield projects: the Triunfo YMCA baseball fields, and Robertson Family Field at Viewpoint School in Calabasas.
Those two matter more than their size suggests. Institutional clients award work on scheduling and insurance as much as on craft, and they do not hand a live school campus to a contractor who might overrun. It is the same promise a homeowner is buying: the job gets finished, on the date agreed.
Two things worth knowing before you call
- Each project is owner supervised. Pat is on the job, not dispatching a crew to it. A contractor who is personally accountable for the work is the thing most people are actually worried about.
